10 Moreland Street is located within the heart of the Joseph Rd Urban Renewal Precinct. A precinct rezoning to the Priority Development Zone was implemented to stimulate change and investment in the area.

We responded to the local context, addressing the demand for new housing by physically improving the public realm and area’s perception.

The project benefits from unrivalled proximity to both the Footscray Central Activities Precinct and the Maribyrnong River.

The development supports the implementation of both State and Council's vision for 'change' in the area.

The tower consists of 222 quality one and two bedroom apartments along with a 5-level basement carpark.

The precinct has historically been used for a mix of industrial activities that are now redundant.
