1 Nicklin Way represents the gateway to harbour rich Minyama, located in the Kawana Urban Precinct of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Marking the beginning of the suburb’s main thoroughfare, this development combines 6,420 square metres of lettable commercial opportunities with Ground Floor Retail prospects to activate the local shopping and business sectors, in an arrangement reconnecting them to the abundant parklands.

The design seeks to harness the views of the neighbouring marinas, whilst its volumes and lines marry the notional seaside lifestyle to a contemporaneous, yet timeless aesthetic.

This multi-storey scheme,incorporating split level parking, works within the local context.
