Being a family home, practicality was key to the design for this three level, four bedroom residence. The lower level features a private art studio, open living area with sunken courtyard and a four car garage, with turntable. The ground floor layout includes open plan living, dining and kitchen which connects to both the private alfresco and swimming pool. Other features on this level include a private gym, home cinema room and two private offices. Upstairs, an entirely private residence for the family. The result is an elegant understated contemporary home that feels luxurious without being ostentatious.
