Description:
Clinton Residences showcase a bold, contemporary architectural language defined by strong geometry, refined materiality, and a beautifully composed balance of openness and privacy. The façade is distinguished by its striking patterned screens, which bring sculptural depth to the exterior while filtering light into the upper level and offering a sense of seclusion from the street. Minimal detailing and the use of concrete and glass give the home a grounded, contemporary presence at street level, while glimpses into the interior reveal warm timber finishes and refined lighting that soften the overall composition.
