Description:
These recently completed apartments, four in total with two on each level, are considerably larger than the usual offering – each one being just over 200 square metres in area. While the ground floor apartments benefit from wrap around gardens and terraces, designed by landscape architect John Patrick, the apartments on the first floor enjoy generous northern terraces that lead directly from open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. Constructed in concrete and steel, each of the apartments feature generous glazing, three bedrooms (including the main bedroom, dressing area and ensuite) and fluid open plan living areas. There’s also basement carparking for eight cars (two for each apartment).
