Description:

The 3085sqm German Club Tivoli development is planned to have six storeys with a restaurant on the ground floor and on the rooftop, allowing the German Club to continue operating as a venue, which it has been doing so in this building since 1989. The project proposes 31 two-bedroom, 5 three-bedroom and 10 one-bedroom apartments for a total of 46 apartments. The first floor will have three function spaces, a green room and an administration office. The second floor, an outdoor communal lounge with terraces, pool and an indoor lounge.
