Description:
This project entails 6 refurbished apartments over 3 levels and a new single dwelling over 2 levels with a rooftop terrace. A simple palette of white wash brick contrasts against the black metal fenestration. The new dwelling references the original façade through horizontal paneling whilst the contemporary street art which has been applied to the façade playfully exposes the building's original brick exterior.
